Overview: In view of our naked Group’s growth, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Purchasing Manager who prides themselves on their ability to deliver whilst providing creative solutions for our procurement requirements. As a Senior Purchasing Manager, you are responsible for full group procurement including all matters related to consumables and equipment. Responsibilities: In charge of all procurement activities for the group; Manages and coordinates the overall operations of the procurement department to ensure that all business units and corporate office under naked Group have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner, within the parameters of the operational budgets. ? Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement, inventory control, procurement planning and quality control of production related raw materials as well as non-production related materials. ? Develop, implement and maintain procurement related policies, procedures, material control systems and metrics to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions. ? Identify and establish suppliers’ relations; Maintain successful relationships with manufacturers and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and the maintenance of inventory at optimum levels. ? Engage in negotiation and administration of pricing agreements and supplier contracts for optimal terms. ? Develop the competence of the staff to work in a professional way and achieve the departmental objectives. ? Establish performance goals for all his / her colleagues, and monitor performance on a continual basis. ? Accountable for procurement order approval and management of procurement module of Ufida. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong administrative skills, an analytical mind. This person will have a high level of self-motivation; develop innovative options in the best interest of the naked Group while possessing the following experience and competencies: ? At least 8 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, leisure, retail, or other related industry. ? Business acumen and strong sourcing ability. ? Adaptability and customer focus. ? Familiar with purchasing module system and process ? A good command of written and spoken English is preferred Education/Certifications: ? Degree in Business / Procurement or cost control or equivalent major.
